It is especially suitable for heavy and direct bearing dynamic loads. Structure, but due to its complicated structure, large amount of steel, troublesome construction and high noise, it is rarely used at present, but the mechanical properties, structural requirements and design methods of rivet connections are the same as ordinary bolt connections in principle, the difference is The design parameters and design values are different.
3. Bolt connection: Due to the time-saving and labor-saving installation, simple installation equipment required, and less demanding skills of construction workers than welders, the current application of steel connection is second only to weld connection. There are two types of bolted connections: ordinary bolted connections and high-strength bolted connections. They are divided into three types according to the stress conditions: shear bolted connections, Hanglao bolted connections, and bolted connections that are subjected to both shear and tension. The requirements of high-strength bolt pressure-bearing connection on bolt material, pre-tension force, construction and installation are exactly the same as those of the friction type, except that it is overcome by the friction force and the joint plate is relatively slipped. Destruction is the limit state of bearing capacity, so its bearing capacity is higher than that of high-strength bolt friction type connections, which can save connection materials.
